English: Illinois Route 390, also known as the Elgin-O'Hare Tollway (formerly the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway), is a tollway in Cook County and DuPage County in northeastern Illinois. It opened as a new state route in November 1993, with no route number, and only the name Elgin O'Hare on route shields, a very unusual condition for Illinois state routes. It was given the designation Illinois Route 390 in October 2013.
