Desert village fantasy art

Inn at oriental village.

This is a part of a visual story I'm developing about a young Tuareg man trying to survive a passage through the Sahara desert during the European invasion at the end of the 19th century. More of it coming soon I hope. I tried to push all the knowledge I learned from my Design Environment class as far as I could (as far as my PC could actually). This project was designed to practice sculpting and applying trimsheets on a modular kit with an environment concept art. I really tried to focus on creating textures and trims that blended together for the environment. The plants are from Quixel. Also, I learned how to sculpt edge wear damage normals for the buildings to add some easy damage and used RGB masks to add details on a second UV set onto the modular pieces.
