240 g white chocolate 
45 g Cocoa butter
75 g glucose syrup 
30 g water
25 g white cocoa butter @chefrubber 

1. Blend all the ingredients on the food processor, I’m using my favorite one from @waringproducts at high speed until smooth
2. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 8 hours.
3. Sprinkle some cornstarch and confectioner’s sugar on the table and with a rolling pin roll the paste until you get 1mm of thickness. 
4. Cut the snowflakes and reuse the paste as needed. 
5. Let the snowflakes dry at room temperature (18-20C) for 6 hours.
6. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
