In the spirit of #mayday, let's break down what they learned: 

1️⃣ Books can hold a lot of water! Stock your emergency kits with different kinds of drying materials (i.e., paper towels, cotton blotter). 

2️⃣ Identify a clean, dry, secure space to set up as a "drying area" where the temperature and humidity can be controlled.

3️⃣ No single approach can address all damage. Response depends on how wet materials are and the resources available.
