In the Superconducting RF Test Facility (STF) in KEK, the research and development for the power coupler with the TiN coating-free ceramic has been done from 2014. In 2016, the high power test at the test bench was stopped due to the worse vacuum level by the unusual heating around the RF window with the TiN coating-free ceramic and the coaxial tapered section, which was caused by the enormous emission of the secondary electrons from the ceramic. From the view point of plug-compatibility for the power coupler in the ILC, recommended by Linear Collider Collaboration in 2013, new STF-type power couplers with 40mm of input port diameter were re-designed, fabricated and successfully high-power-tested. Moreover, from the view point of the cost reduction for the ILC, another type of power couplers with TiN coating-free ceramic were also fabricated and high-power-tested by the collaboration between CERN and KEK. The high power test for STF -2 cryomodule with twelve cavities has completed successfully in 2015. It became clear the average accelerating gradient was 30.3 MV/m, eight cavities achi eved above 31.5 MV/m as the ILC specification, and three cavities had the significant performance degradation by heavy field emission due to the additional clean room work in t he STF tunnel. SuperKEKB, an asymmetric electron-positron collider, has recently achieved the world record instantaneous luminosity of 2.8 × 10³⁴ \si{cm⁻²s⁻¹} using crab-waist collision scheme.
