Optical potentials for alpha particles on heavy nuclei around the Coulomb barrier
/ Avrigeanu, M (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; von Oertzen, W (Freie U., Berlin) ; Obreja, A C (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Roman, F L (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Avrigeanu, V (Bucharest, IFIN-HH)
A previously semi-microscopic analysis of the -particle interaction with 50 A 124 target nuclei at energies from 8 to 50 MeV, based on the Double Folding Model (DFM) for the real part of the optical potential, is extended to heavy nuclei A 132 nuclei. The energy-dependent phenomenological imaginary part of the corresponding semi-microscopic optical model potential was obtained by taking into account also the dispersive correction to the DFM real potential, and used within a concurrent complete phenomenological analysis of the same data basis. Complementary optical-potential analysis of alpha-particle elastic scattering and induced reactions at low energies
/ Avrigeanu, M (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Obreja, A C (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Roman, F L (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Avrigeanu, V (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; von Oertzen, W (Freie U. Berlin ; Hahn-Meitner Inst.)
A previously derived semi-microscopic analysis based on the Double Folding Model, for alpha-particle elastic scattering on A~100 nuclei at energies below 32 MeV, is extended to medium mass A ~ 50-120 nuclei and energies from ~13 to 50 MeV. [...]

Role of the direct mechanisms in the deuteron-induced surrogate reactions
/ Avrigeanu, M (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Avrigeanu, V (Bucharest, IFIN-HH)
An extended analysis of the key role of direct interactions, i.e., breakup, stripping and pick-up processes, for the deuteron–induced surrogate reactions is presented. Particular comments concern the deuteron breakup which is dominant in the case of the ( d; p g ) surrogate reactions on actinides target nuclei, around the Coulomb barrier..

Search for isospin-symmetry breaking in the $A=62$ isovector triplet
/ Mihai, R E (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Mare, A S (Bucharest, IFIN-HH ; Bucharest U.) ; Mărginean, N (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Petrovici, A (Bucharest, IFIN-HH ; Bucharest U.) ; Andrei, O (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Boromiza, M (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Bucurescu, D (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Căta-Danil, G (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Clisu, C (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Costache, C (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) et al.
The assignment of the first $2^+$ state in $^{62}$Ga has long been debated, due to its implications in triplet energy difference systematics in this mass region. An experiment has been performed at the IFIN-HH 9-MV Tandem accelerator using the ROSPHERE array in a mixed configuration of LaBr$_3$(Ce) and HPGe detectors, as well as an additional array of liquid scintillator neutron detectors.
