Formation of A Cold Antihydrogen Beam in AEGIS For Gravity Measurements / AEGIS Proto-Collaboration
The formation of the antihydrogen beam in the AEGIS experiment through the use of inhomogeneous electric fields is discussed and simulation results including the geometry of the apparatus and realistic hypothesis about the antihydrogen initial conditions are shown. The resulting velocity distribution matches the requirements of the gravity experiment. [...]

Radiation hardness qualification of PbWO4 scintillation crystals for the CMS Electromagnetic Calorimeter / Adzic, P. (Belgrade U.) ; Almeida, N. (LIP, Lisbon) ; Andelin, D. (Virginia U.) ; Anicin, I. (Florida State U.) et al. /CMS Electromagnetic Calorimeter Group
Ensuring the radiation hardness of PbWO4 crystals was one of the main priorities during the construction of the electromagnetic calorimeter of the CMS experiment at CERN. The production on an industrial scale of radiation hard crystals and their certification over a period of several years represented a difficult challenge both for CMS and for the crystal suppliers. $^{197}$Au($n,\gamma$) cross section in the unresolved resonance region / Lederer, C. (Vienna U.) ; Colonna, N (INFN, Bari) ; Domingo-Pardo, C (CSIC, Catalunya) ; Gunsing, F (DAPNIA, Saclay) ; Kappeler, F (Karlsruhe, Inst. Technol.) ; Massimi, C. (INFN, Bologna ; Bologna U.) ; Mengoni, A. (CERN ; IAEA, Vienna) ; Wallner, A. (Vienna U.) ; Abbondanno, U. (INFN, Trieste) ; Aerts, G. (DAPNIA, Saclay) et al.
The cross section of the reaction (197)Au(n,gamma) was measured with the time-of-flight technique at the n_TOF (neutron time-of-flight) facility in the unresolved resonance region between 5 and 400 keV using a pair of C(6)D(6) (where D denotes (2)H) liquid scintillators for the detection of prompt capture gamma rays. The results with a total uncertainty of 3.9%-6.7% for a resolution of 20 bins per energy decade show fair agreement with the Evaluated Nuclear Data File Version B-VII.0 (ENDF B-VII.0), which contains the standard evaluation. Search for neutral MSSM Higgs bosons at LEP / ALEPH Collaboration
The four LEP collaborations, ALEPH, DELPHI, L3 and OPAL, have searched for the neutral Higgs bosons which are predicted by the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). The data of the four collaborations are statistically combined and examined for their consistency with the background hypothesis and with a possible Higgs boson signal. [...]

A Study of $b\overline{b}$ Production in $e^{+}e^{-}$ Collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 130-207 GeV / DELPHI Collaboration
Measurements are presented of R_b, the ratio of the b bbar cross-section to the q qbar cross-section in e+e- collisions, and the forward-backward asymmetry A^b_FB at twelve energy points in the range sqrt(s) = 130-207 GeV. These results are found to be consistent with the Standard Model expectations. [...]
