Detailed structure of Sn131 populated in the β decay of isomerically purified In131 states / IDS Collaboration
The excited structure of the single-hole nucleus Sn131 populated by the β− decay of In131 was investigated in detail at the ISOLDE facility at CERN. This new experiment took advantage of isomeric purification capabilities provided by resonant ionization, making it possible to independently study the decay of each isomer for the first time. [...]

On the nature of yrast states in neutron-rich polonium isotopes / IDS Collaboration
Polonium isotopes having two protons above the shell closure at $Z=82$ show a wide variety of low-lying high-spin isomeric states across the whole chain. [...]

β decay of the ground state and of a low-lying isomer in Bi216 / IDS Collaboration
A detailed β-decay study of the low- and high-spin states in Bi216 has been performed at the ISOLDE Decay Station at the CERN-ISOLDE facility. In total, 48 new levels and 83 new transitions in the β-decay daughter Po216 were identified. [...]

Background: The mercury isotopes around $N=104$ are a well-known example of nuclei exhibiting shape coexistence. Mixing of configurations can be studied by measuring the monopole strength $\rho^2(E0)$, however, currently the experimental information is scarce and lacks precision, especially for the $I^\pi \rightarrow I^\pi$ ($I \neq 0$) transitions. The CERN-ISOLDE fast tape station / Stegemann, S (CERN) ; Atanasov, D (CERN) ; Au, M (CERN ; Mainz U., Inst. Kernphys. ; U. The employment of a suitable radioactive decay spectroscopy setup is essential for the operation of radioactive ion beam (RIB) facilities. CERN-ISOLDE recently developed a new fast tape station (FTS) setup to replace its more than 40 years old predecessor. [...]

Coulomb excitation of pear-shaped nuclei / Butler, Peter (Liverpool U.) ; Gaffney, Liam (Liverpool U. ; CERN) ; Spagnoletti, Pietro (West Scotland U.) ; Konki, Joonas (CERN) ; Scheck, Marcus (West Scotland U.) ; Smith, John (West Scotland U.) ; Abrahams, Kenzo (Western Cape U.) ; Bowry, Michael (TRIUMF) ; Cederkäll, Joakim (Lund U.) ; Chupp, Timothy (Michigan U.) et al.
There is a large body of evidence that atomic nuclei can undergo octupole distortion and assume the shape of a pear. This phenomenon is important for measurements of electric-dipole moments of atoms, which would indicate CP violation and hence probe physics beyond the Standard Model of particle physics. [...]

Population of a low-spin positive-parity band from high-spin intruder states in $^{177}$Au: The two-state mixing effect / Venhart, M (Bratislava, Inst. Phys.) ; Balogh, M (Bratislava, Inst. The extremely neutron-deficient isotopes $^{177,179}$Au were studied by means of in-beam γ -ray spectroscopy. Specific tagging techniques, α -decay tagging in $^{177}$Au and isomer tagging in $^{179}$Au, were used for these studies. [...]

Coulomb excitation of $^{222}$Rn / Spagnoletti, P (West Scotland U. ; Simon Fraser U., Dept. The nature of quadrupole and octupole collectivity in $^{222}$Rn was investigated by determining the electric-quadrupole (E2) and octupole (E3) matrix elements using subbarrier, multistep Coulomb excitation. The radioactive $^{222}$Rn beam, accelerated to 4.23 MeV/u, was provided by the HIE-ISOLDE facility at CERN. [...]

Isomeric 13/2$^+$ state in $^{201}$Fr / Auranen, K (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Jakobsson, U (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Badran, H (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Grahn, T (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Greenlees, P T (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Herzáň, A (Jyvaskyla U. ; Bratislava, Inst. Phys.) ; Julin, R (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Juutinen, S (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Konki, J (Jyvaskyla U. ; CERN) ; Leino, M (Jyvaskyla U.) et al.
We have identified an isomeric state in $^{201}$Fr for which we propose a spin and parity of $13/2^+$, and interpret it as arising from the $\pi(i_{13/2})$ configuration. A half-life of 720(40) ns was measured, corresponding to $B(M2)=0.17(2)$ W.u., in good agreement with those of other $13/2^+ \to 9/2^- [\pi (i_{13/2}) \to \pi(h_{9/2})]$ transitions observed in other nuclei in the region. Signatures of enhanced octupole correlations at high spin in $^{136}\mathrm{Nd}$ / Petrache, C M (CSNSM, Orsay) ; Minkov, N (Sofiya, Inst. Nucl. Res.) ; Nakatsukasa, T (Tsukuba U. ; Nishina Ctr., RIKEN) ; Lv, B F (CSNSM, Orsay ; Lanzhou, Inst. Experimental signatures of moderately enhanced octupole correlations at high spin in $^{136}\mathrm{Nd}$ are indicated for the first time. The extracted dipole moments of two negative-parity bands are only two times smaller than those of the lanthanide nuclei with $N≈90$ which present well-established octupole correlations. [...]
