5min · 8 servings Ingredients (8-10 bars) • 200 grams chocolate, I used milk chocolate • 1 1/2 cups natural peanut butter • Flour of choice: oat flour, almond flour, something gf and light • A pinch of salt Cocoa nibs, optional Instructions 1. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Melt half of the chocolate over a bain marie or in a microwave, mixing every 15 seconds, and pour it in the loaf tin. Allow it to set for 5 to 10 minutes in the freezer. I sprinkles some cocoa nibs on top. 2. In the meantime, combine the peanut butter and enough flour to get the peanut butter to a thicker, cookie dough texture.
