Before applying I measure it on the patient to make sure the length is good.   ✨Apply the wider part of the tape at the base of the thumb. Slight stretch over the CMC joint. First thinner strip goes around the base of the thumb, second strip slightly overlaps it.  👏Smooth it out and your done!!  ✨In more mild cases or flare ups this can help manage pain really nicely.
