Energy draining people

Have you heard of energy vampires? Whether they’re people, activities, or distractions there are so many things that can pull from our energy tanks. People with autoimmune conditions #spoonies, wake up each morning with a battery that didn’t charge to 100%. Often we have to plan out our activities so that we have enough energy to be present when we need to socialize. Here are just a few items that may drain those precious batteries.
