Let me show you two levels of a gentle exercise to help with Forward Head Posture.

Level 1: The Chin Tuck. Start standing with your back straight. Tuck your chin back, bringing your head directly over your spine, and hold for a few seconds. This helps align your neck and reduce tension.

Level 2: Resistance Band Chin Tuck. Place a resistance band around the back of your head, with your arms extended at 90 degrees in front of you.
