Om padme mani hum

Om Mani Padme Hum is a mantra that contains all of the teachings of the Buddha. It can be listened to, said aloud or said in your mind.

The most famous and widely used mantra from Tibetan Buddhism is "Om Mani Padme Hum" (Sanskrit) or "Om Mani Peme Hung".
