Thanks to Trustpilot and Player reviews! I have played on close to 30 Curacao casinos, so far every one of them are corrupt or a scam. My advise is to check where they are based, if their from that little tiny island, check the reviews and read the T&C. I haven't tried this Adrenaline, going by the reviews and I don't trust any Curacao site, I will not take the chance due to they are all scammers. I played on 2, but they turned out to be just as bad, now I'm very aware and check further when I don't see Curacao. 5 stars to Trustpilot & Player's.

Casino adrenaline is my go-to for online gambling and many others who I tell about it are also dropping theirs. Only bad side I've found is the max daily withdrawal limit. Other then that, 0 complaints.

I gave the site a try despite the negative reviews I read on here. I utilized a deposit bonus for my initial deposit. During my gameplay, my funds were removed. I understand that bonus funds are not cashable, but I did not realize they literally remove the bank roll you're playing with. I don't see the point of a bonus if you're not allowed to use the funds to get to a cashable amount. There are many options out there for online gamine that are far superior than this one. Please consider an alternative.

I recieved a promo code for free spins via email. I tried to activate and the support told me they can't honour the promo code gets sent out automatically. I spend around 100 or so every week in this casino. I'm confused why they can't honour it. But it's just a douchy enough move that I will be spending my hundred a week to a more reputable casino who will honour its promotions.. real crappy move outta these guys.

They send you tons of of promotions with bonus codes to use, yet none of them work. You literally have to contact them everytime you want to use a promotion they offer. Customer service is a joke. All their slots need to be audited. Good luck trying to win. I went 75 consecutive pulls without a single win on a (Betsoft) game. There's plenty other online casino's that are actual backed by the fair gaming commision. Casino Adrenaline is definitely a rouge casino. BEWARE!

So I was given 50 free spins .. managed to make it up over $500. Played the required play through … at the end I withdrew $100. Or so I thought .. apparently you are only allowed to withdraw $50 on ANY free play win. Per day or all together ( unsure as it was NOT explained.) now instead of returning the $ to your account ( just in case it’s by day ) . They steal your winnings and only let u withdraw $50. Stealing ( voiding ) all other amounts you attempted to withdraw. So let’s say you got very lucky and won 1350$. Had you tried to withdraw that amount . 50$ is returned to your account , 1300$ is voided (because you attempted to withdraw more than $50) . When they deny your withdrawal attempt .. they don’t even tell you or explain that to you. Thankfully I didn’t win a major jackpot .. would suck to be robbed .. instead of a simple explanation… what a joke of a casino … Curaçao casinos Should ALL be avoided .. I play all over the world and only casinos from Curaçao use these devious unscrupulous poor disgusting business policy. An example of the hypocrisy. I got an email from their Support staff , stating I should contact the Support staff in order to find out why the withdrawal was refused. Redundancy at its best. This casino is hot garbage, they canceled all of my payouts and took most of my earnings. I won $350 and they said I can only have $50 and it said $300 of it was able to be withdrawl, I won another $150 and they took that away. They said I had to deposit in order to receive winnings. Like that’s a whole setup and scam and nobody should have to go through that especially if they’re offering free chips and spins.

I started playing here about one month ago and honestly havent had any issues. Ive requested payments and never had to wait. I also dont complicate things by using any of the bonuses they offer, which could be why I dont run into the issues a lot of other people seem to be having. Better game selection than almost any other US-accepting casino I've discovered for slots. Lots of great options and fast enough with payouts, despite the strict limits. Really like the weekly tournaments as well.

Never had any issues with large payouts being instantly processed - bad reviews are likely people ignoring bonus terms.

Above all, they have by far the best player controls for responsible gambling of any site out there with the ability to set weekly, daily, session, and wagering limits. This more than makes up for the withdrawal limits IMO

The customer service is horrible and very rude. *Chris* was the agent I got when I went to support with a concern. Completely lacked any care for my concern and ended the chat during discussion. I don't recommend this casino if you like playing on sites with good customer service!

They take your bitcoins easily, when you finally win after years of trying to win and thousands of dollars lost, they will tell you that a link will be emailed to you for crypto security purposes. No email will arrive. You will then contact support and they will say to wait. And so you have to wait. I waited over a day and still am waiting. This casino is 100 % a scam because i play online for 4 years and know about verifiying the account and jumping the hoops necessary to withdraw. I made every effort to satisfy those stipulationd anf still no money was given back to me. Do not trust this casino they will not provide you with winnings

If I could give us zero, I would Marketing scam signed you up for 100 free spins. I won $3000 and met my play through requirements then one of their support chat people told me I had the first make a $10 deposit to get my withdrawal and then the next support person told me because I made a deposit I voided my winnings from my free spins, even though I made my play through requirements. Yup another great review here. Casino Adrenaline is the only hassle free legit online Casino. Where you can play win and actually withdrawal your winnings with no BS!
There games even play fair where you don't feel like your just getting nickel and dimed with low winnings.
Only Legit online casino as far as I'm concerned. You won't find there name when you search for online casinos, I'm not sure why that is because it's truly the only one that is legit!

Well I guess let's start off with this has been the worse experience ever with a online gaming platform hands down. First they offer you a first time deposit bonus with no wager requirements or no max cash out, that in there own custom service agent words explained is just temporary funds that reverse when you met the
"wager requirement" so really there was never any bonus given cause the whole time your playing with your money cause of course the loses you endure is off your money not one cent of there so called BONUS. I have the whole live chat screen recorded and would love to share it with whomever would love to see. This is just step one of my campaign to expose the scam and make sure I do all that's in my power to make sure they lose as much business due to there faulty practice and lack of fair and transparent gaming.

This company will steal your money like they did mine. It was sent to the payment processor all casinos that do eransfers use, and all casinos will contact that payment processor if there's an issue. They won't, and so they will accept paymentz and it will be eventually given to that casino but they won't accredit me. You cannot trust this casino, and customer service is just someone who has intention of making any effort to resolve anything you might need. Casino Adrenaline are thieves, and owner of it also owns another casino that is a Real Time Gaming Software casino, and you can't trust Casino Extreme because they have the same owner and should not to be trusted. Do not play at either of them if you want to safeguard your money. They will rip you off. If you communicate and comply with the rules they do come through and deliver on what they promise. I was given my withdraw once I met the wager and the deposit. Customer service was straight forward and helped me navigate to achieve the right outcome when It came to withdraw.
