Effect
One Ball of Mud is required to craft a Sticky Glob.
If the player has Balls of Mud in their satchel, they can be thrown directly at a Pokémon and will temporarily stun it. As part of Mission 22: "The Plate of Firespit Island", the player must throw Balls of Mud directly at Heatran to dissipate the flaming barrier around it and stun it, allowing the player to throw their Pokémon to initiate a battle.
