This 2011 Honda CBR1000RR was reportedly purchased new by the current owner, and it now indicates 8k miles. Powered by a liquid-cooled 999cc inline-four paired with a six-speed transmission, the motorcycle’s fully faired bodywork wears a MotoGP-style Repsol livery. The bike also features a clear windscreen, a rear fender eliminator kit, Dual Stage Fuel Injection, an electronic steering damper, a Honda Multi-Action System (HMAS) cartridge-type fork, a Unit Pro-Link monoshock and linkage, 17″ orange-finished Enkei wheels, triple disc brakes, and a side stand. Maintenance in preparation for the sale is said to have involved flushing the coolant and brake fluid as well as changing the oil. This CBR1000RR is offered in California by the seller on behalf of the owner with a service manual, a passenger pillion, removed parts, keys, and a clean Nevada title in the owner’s name.
The fully faired bodywork is finished in an orange, red, white, and black race-replica Repsol livery. Further details include an aluminum twin-spar frame, a 4.7-gallon fuel tank, a clear windscreen, dual headlights, a black vinyl-trimmed rider seat, a rear fender eliminator kit, rear-set foot controls, frame sliders, folding passenger foot pegs, and a side stand. A replacement decal was fitted to the right side of the bike in preparation for the sale. Scuffs are noted on the lower portion of the fairing.
Orange-finished 17″ Enkei three-spoke alloy wheels are wrapped in 120/70 front and 190/50 rear Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport BT-016 tires. Adjustable suspension consists of an inverted 43mm Honda Multi-Action System (HMAS) cartridge fork as well as a Unit Pro-Link piggyback monoshock and linkage connected to the braced aluminum swingarm. Braking is handled by radial-mount Tokico four-piston calipers fitted over a pair of 320mm floating rotors up front in addition to a single-piston Nissin caliper mounted over a 220mm disc out back. The seller states that the brake fluid was flushed in preparation for the sale.
Clip-on handlebars are secured beneath the upper triple clamp, which carries a Honda Electronic Steering Damper (HESD) that increases resistance with speed. Instrumentation consists of an analog tachometer with a 13k-rpm redline as well as indicator lights and digital displays for speed, distance, coolant temperature, and a clock. The digital odometer indicates 8k miles.
The liquid-cooled 999cc DOHC inline-four features Dual Stage Fuel Injection (DSFI) with two injectors per cylinder along with an oil cooler, electronic ignition, 44mm throttle bodies, aluminum composite cylinder sleeves, ram-air intakes, four valves per cylinder, and a four-into-two exhaust system. Factory-rated output was 175 horsepower. The bike is reportedly equipped with a lithium battery. According to the seller, the coolant was flushed and the oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
Power is routed to the rear wheel through a six-speed transmission and a drive chain.
The removed tail section and turn signals are included in the sale along with a passenger pillion, key code tag, keys, and a service manual.
