1966 Ford Mustang Coupe 289 4-Speed

This 1966 Ford Mustang is a C-code coupe that spent approximately two decades dormant before it was recommissioned in 2012 and subsequently acquired by the seller. A refurbishment that culminated in 2019 included patching the floor pans, re-plating the bumpers, replacing the trunk pan and various body panels, refinishing the car in white, and reupholstering the seats in black vinyl as well as modifying the car with a front disc brake conversion kit, a dual-bowl brake master cylinder, an aluminum intake manifold, a four-barrel carburetor, Pertronix electronic ignition, a front anti-roll bar, a “Shelby drop” for the front control arms, lowered front coil springs, roller spring perches, and mid-eye 4.5-leaf rear springs. Power is provided by a 289ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and equipment includes a driver-side mirror, 16″ Vintage Wheel Works wheels, a cabin heater, and an AM radio. This Mustang is offered with refurbishment photos, removed parts, and a clean Kentucky title in the seller’s name.
