The mystery BrickHeadz are...

Posted by ,

Pirates of the Caribbean!

The ninth and tenth in the first series of Brickheadz are 41593 Captain Jack Sparrow and 41594 Captain Armando Salazar.

LEGO has not announced them yet, and they are not for sale today with the other ten BrickHeadz, but given they are shown on the back of the box and in the instructions of the Beauty and the Beast pair which are now available in brand stores and shop.LEGO.com, there's no longer a reason for us not to reveal them.

So, see a large picture after the break and let us know what you think in the comments.

The others can be ordered from shop.LEGO.com for $9.99/€9.99/£9.99:

How come these are not online? Any idea?

Captain Salazar is a very frightening-looking character but I don't think the BrickHeadz figure resembles him well enough... Sparrow looks nice, though.

To be honest, I was hoping for star wars brickheadz. Maybe they will come in the next series? Jack Sparrow looks great, althouth i'm not a PotC fan, so don't know who the other guy is. They look great still.

To be released 1st March I suspect, and officially revealed at the NY to fair this weekend.

I tried to order them this morning on lego.com but there was an error so had to call and order with customer services. They told me they didn't know when jack sparrow and salazaar will go on sale? Does anyone know if Westfield Shepherds bush store has them?

I don't know about anyone else, but the first thing I thought when I saw them is that I could totally see that vertical 1x2 tile on Sparrow's belt being reused as a raw piece of bacon.

Jack's moustache looks like the mouth on a manta ray.

Very cool. I hope they make Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts brickheads in the future.

For a moment I thought it was Edward Scissorhands and a Johnny Depp theme...

Jack is easily recognizable but not Salazar although the gosht pirate looks cool.

Meh... I'd rather have had some other characters. PotC lost it's charm long ago.
Although I can see some of the prints, etc being quite useful.

@wunztwice PotC did NOT loose its charm a long time ago, you might not like it anymore but many people do, and if it lost its charm why would they be making another movie?

I am a really big POTC fan, but I still do not know who the ghostly guy is.

Never even heard of this Captain Salazar.
Jack Sparrow has some cool pieces/colours, but I still don't like this theme. Funny that my absolute favorite is the Greedo MOC from the excellent "anatomy" article by Huw, which isn't even an official Lego BrickHeadz set. Perhaps it also looks better because it has more greebling/detail than the official ones, most of which look too "flat"/plain imho.

The Block Headz range is a cool idea. I hope they do one of the Doctor from Doctor Who - maybe as a Series 10 tie-in with Bill and Nardole.
