So we tried to make fishing hooks out of pop tabs. After about an hour of trying different designs, actually trying to tie on the line, and teasing our cats with invisible string etc, we realized that nothing will work as well as actual fish hooks. Not only is the strength of the tab compromised when it's cut, but you'll only be able to catch a small bluegill if anything at all. The major flaw we found with the other design we saw on pinterest (
