I have furnished a house! This is a repeat of a house I've done before called Whispering Brook. It's a bit different from the first since they are all handmade from scratch. I'm back after a few absent weeks. First, I went to the beach for a vacation. Then I took a couple of weeks to come up and build a new design. This is Heritage House. It's a smaller version of "Somewhere in France." This custom dollhouse is 23 3/4" tall x 18" deep x 19 1/2"across. The lights and fireplace mantle have battery operated light. This dollhouse is a bit bigger than usual. This is a 1:12 scale custom dollhouse called "Letters From Paris." This house is measures 20 1/2" tall x 20 3/4" across x 16 3/4" deep. The downstairs interior measures: 20" x 16 1/8" x 8 3/4" tall. The entrance is 7 7/8" across x 8" long partition wall. The front room is 12" across From the front of the stairs to the front door is 5 1/2". The back wall behind the stairs is 9 1/2". Upstairs overall is 20" x 12 1/2". The partition wall is 8 1/4"…

I wanted The Sweet Life dollhouse to be a super cozy place with lots of vintage charm. To welcome you home, I made a little front yard. This house is 18 1/2" tall x 15" wide x 14" deep. I made little pavers out of concrete. Use water to dip your knife or spatula to shape your stone. It will help things not stick. Same principle as icing. A new design! This is La Maison de la Marquise. It's a custom dollhouse I made as a commission. This dollhouse is 22" across x 15 1/4" deep x 21" tall. The exterior is mostly plaster. This will be a kitchen area with French doors. Downstairs is 20 3/4" across x 8 1/2" tall. I used pre cut pieces of wood to make the entry tile. Here is the kitchen space. I put the window high enough so a sink could fit under. Upstairs had to have a separating wall. It did make the 2 rooms tiny. But it still…

Let's continue the dollhouse. The upstairs is plastered except for the walls of the bathroom. I used Dap's Patching Plaster. I applied it with an artist spatula. I also plastered the bump out's ceiling and applied craft sticks to it. Before I glue on the other side I will put the curtains on. My newly finished piece is a commission for Kee. It's a Nantucket style home. 1/12 scale. This house is 20" x 18 1/2" x 19 1/2" tall. All the greenery and flowers are from Hobby Lobby. Check my 'resources' page. The path is sand you can find in the candle filler section at craft stores. I use white glue on the path and sprinkle the sand over.
