'Bolt' in the Bible
Then he called his servant that ministered unto him, and said, Put now this woman out from me, and bolt the door after her.
Then I said to them, “Do not let the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun is hot, and while they are standing guard, let them shut and bolt the doors. Also appoint guards from the inhabitants of Jerusalem, each at his post, and each in front of his own house.”
{when he made} a rule for the rain and a way for [the] thunder's lightning bolt,
I rose to open for my love.My hands dripped with myrrh,my fingers with flowing myrrhon the handles of the bolt.
The chariot drivers will crack their whips; the chariot wheels will shake the ground; the chariot horses will gallop; the war chariots will bolt forward!
