Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, due to the personal, intimate, or sanitary nature of the product. We do not accept returns from products in the following categories:

  • All PPE Face Masks (re-usable and disposable);
  • Over-The-Counter Medications;
  • All Diapers (Disposable & Cloth);
  • Infant Formula;
  • Nutritional Drinks;
  • Breast Pumps;
  • Personal Massagers and Vibrators;
  • Condoms & Contraceptive products;
  • Re-usable feminine pads;
  • Temperature-controlled products;
  • Compression Stockings;
  • Support & Braces;
  • Ostomy Products;
  • Clearance Items;
  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified; and
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page

To initiate your return, refund, or exchange, contact hello@beyondrx.ca. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

When we issue a refund for canceled orders or returned orders, it can take up to 10 business days for customers to receive the refund. This processing time will vary with banks and credit card providers.

If you have not received a refund 10 business days after receiving your cancellation or refund email notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@beyondrx.ca and we will assist in your investigation.

Short-Dated and Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Short-Dated Products: For items with an expiry date (e.g. medicines, supplements, skincare products), we guarantee the product to have at least 6 months before expiry. Any items that are expiring within 6 months will be placed in our clearance section and marked for final sale. If you would like to know the expiry date of any item that you are looking to purchase, please contact us at hello@beyondrx.ca and we will be happy to let you know the expiry date.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@beyondrx.ca and send your item to:

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
