Biography
Delozier attended Open University of the Netherlands. She earned her B.A. in political science/domestic government from the University of Delaware and her MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
Her professional experience includes working as the State Director of Coalitions for United States Senator Arlen Specter, as an advisor to the Commissioner for the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, as an Adjunct Professor of Business Administration at Lebanon Valley College, as the Director for the Governor's Office of Public Liason and for the Governor's Center for Customer Service and Innovation.
