I am married to Dawn. We have three children together Ana, Jack, and Jett. I have worked for the State of Alabama for thirty years currently serving with the Alabama Bureau of Pardon and Paroles as a Probation and Parole District Manager. I also in the Alabama Army National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel with twenty-eight years of service. I’m currently serving a third term, my tenth year representing District 4 as City Councilman for the City of Prattville.

  • I want to work with the leadership in District 88, not just the county commissioners, city councils and mayors but the Chambers, the Economic Development teams and, of course, the citizens help Elmore and Autauga Counties reach their full potential. My vision and goal are to work hard to make District 88 one of the strongest economic powerhouses in the State of Alabama.
  • Fight for Law Enforcement and our Military.
  • Fight for Education.

Scorecards

See also: State legislative scorecards and State legislative scorecards in Alabama

A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.

Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
