Henry Kent McCay
Henry Kent McCay (1820-1886) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
He was nominated by President Chester Arthur on August 3, 1882. He was confirmed by the Senate on August 4, 1882, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on July 30, 1886.
