Henry Boyce (1797-1873) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.

He received a recess appointment from President Zachary Taylor on May 9, 1849. On December 21, 1849, he was officially nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on August 2, 1850, and received commission that same day. He resigned on February 19, 1861.[1] Boyce died on March 1, 1873.
