Campaign themes

2012

Genetski's website highlighted the following campaign themes:[3]

Economics

  • Excerpt: "I BELIEVE state universities should be brought under one board of regents so that they compete against each other and not the taxpayers. Currently, 15 separate boards of trustees govern our 15 state universities. This leads to unnecessary duplication of programs and waste. Our university system's spending practices have not been audited since the 1980's."

Pro-Life

  • Excerpt: "I am proud to be a member of Michigan Right to Life and North Allegan County Right to Life. These groups not only work for adoption alternatives but also provide counseling for women who suffer from emotional trauma after having aborted their babies. I believe it is these amazing programs that make Right to Life such a wonderful organization."
