Ann M. Williams (Democratic Party) is a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 11. She assumed office in 2011. Her current term ends on January 8, 2025.
Williams (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Illinois House of Representatives to represent District 11. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Williams earned her B.S. in journalism and political science from the University of Iowa and her J.D. from Drake University Law School.[1] Her professional experience includes working as an attorney with the firm of Storino, Ramello & Durkin, on the government affairs team for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, as a legislative director in the office of Attorney General Lisa Madigan, clerk for Illinois First District Appellate Court Judge Margaret O'Mara Frossard and staff attorney for Speaker of the Illinois House Michael Madigan.[2]
