Biography

Chea Waters Evans lives in Vermont. Evans graduated from Champlain Valley Union High School. She earned a B.A. in fiction writing with an education minor from St. Lawrence University in 1996 and an M.A. in creative writing from City College of New York. Her career experience includes working as a journalist, editor, and publisher. Evans worked at at The Citizen, the Shelburne News, and the Charlotte News before founding her own online paper, The Charlotte Bridge. Evans volunteered with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, the Hope Lodge, and Meals on Wheels.[1]
