60mm Fan

Hi I these 60mm fans



I was wondering how I connect them directly to a power supply. Not sure what the yellow wire is for...

Which contradicts the standard PC power supply wiring (Yellow normally being +12v) So just be careful. If you don't hookup the sensor it tends just to run at 100%

You could also remove the sticker which normally reveals what colour wire goes where.

As Derf said, clip the yellow wire off and use red as V+ and black as V-.
