Refund policy
BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS POLICY.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Packing & Shipping times may be extended due to high volumes.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your packing slip or order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@aurumthelabel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we are not responsible for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The designer reworked collection is final sale, no exchanges. Avoid water, perfume and chemicals to preserve the life of these pieces. Please do not purchase if you cannot agree to this policy.
Refunds
No refunds, however, if we deem a refund is necessary, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note, there is a restocking fee to cover fees we pay to process your payment. If we don't add a restocking fee, we would be paying out of pocket to cover those fees.
