TINDORA BATAKA  NU SHAAK

CHEF AANAL KOTAK
PREP TIME: 5-10 mins 
COOKING TIME: 15-20 mins 

INGREDIENTS:
●	3 tbsp oil
●	1 tsp mustard seeds
●	Pinch hing 
●	1 tbsp green chilli ginger paste 
●	300 gm tindora (sliced) 
●	150 gm potato (sliced) 
●	1/2 tsp turmeric powder
●	1 tsp red chilli powder
●	1 tsp coriander powder
●	1 tsp cumin powder
●	Salt as per taste 
●	2 tbsp sesame seeds
●	100 ml water
●	3 tbsp peanuts (roasted and crushed)
●	1 tbsp dessicated coconut 
●	2 tbsp gathiya (crushed)
●	Handful coriander 
METHOD:
●	Wash and dry tindora completely. Cut the top and bottom part. Cut the tindora into 4 parts as shown in the video.
●	Then set a pan on medium heat, add oil mustard seeds as Tindora Recipes Gujarati, Tindora Recipes, Dessicated Coconut, Gujarati Cuisine, Ginger Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder
