2 tbsp gochugaru(Korean chilli flakes) mixed with 1 tsp sesame oil 
- mix and set aside 
2 cups anchovy or chicken stock
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic 
1.5 tsp minced onion
1 tsp minced spring onion bulb(the white portion)
1 tbsp minced kimchi(optional)
Korean fish sauce(to taste) 

Boil everything with seafood, soft tofu, enoki mushrooms, garnish with a raw egg and spring onions
