Aaj hi banakar khana, majja aajaega😋😁 🌺Ingredients used🌺 -Whole wheat flour dough -Onions -coriander -red chili powder -turmeric powder -coriander powder -salt 🌺Recipe🌺 1. In a bowl, mix together the thinly sliced onions (lachhe) with red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Adjust the spice levels according to your preference. 2. Roll out a portion of whole wheat flour dough into a circle to make a regular roti. 3. Place a generous amount of the onion-spice mixture in the center of the rolled-out roti. 4. Roll the roti as shown in the video. 5. Make a cut & roll again. 6.
