This is definitely not a recipe for kaamchors. The momo folding is quite a chore but definitely an amazing roti sabzi protein recipe. My cook Naresh is quite an expert when it comes to Momo folding but I found an easier hack by just folding the mini roti circles with filling into D shaped halves and then just securing the edges tight.

Easy but a time taking recipe but a really really healthy snack option. Very ‘mummy bhi khush aur bachche bhi khush’ type.

A correction in the recipe. I forgot to add the 1 tbsp ketchup that was added to the momos chutney while blending.

For dough:
~1 cup Maida 
~Salt as per taste
~ 1 tbsp oil
~Water
For stuffing:
~7-8 garlic
~ 1 chopped onions 
~1 cup grated cabbage 
~1/2 cup grated carrot
~salt as per taste 
~ 1 tbsp black pepper 
~2 tbsp peri peri masala
~1 tbsp soya sauce 
~1/2 tbsp vinegar 
•Now put stuffing aside.
• Roll out dough and give momos a shape as shown in the video.
• Now steam momos in a steamer for 14-15 minutes.
• Serve it with a momos chutney and mayonnaise.

I N G R E D I E N T S : 
1/2 tsp chilli oil (homemade)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste 
1/2 cup bell pepper 
1/2 cup cabbage 
100gm Low Fat Paneer 
1 tsp dark soya sauce 
1 tbsp red chilli sauce 
1/2 tbsp green chilli sauce 
Spring Onions 
1 tbsp oregano 
1 tbsp chilli flakes 
1/2 tsp salt 

M E T H O D : 
Blanch cabbage leaves for 5-8 mins and Pat it dry. Stuff the fillings in cabbage leaves and roll it up. Pan fry until golden brown. 

Serve with chilli oil & sauce.
