To make brownies from cake mix all you need to do is add the eggs, swap the oil for the same amount of 0% unsweetened Greek yogurt, and don’t add the milk/water the box calls for. Then bake as usual.

You can use this trick with brownie mix too - follow the instructions on the box with regards to eggs and milk/water but instead of adding oil use Greek yogurt instead.

Here’s the math:

If you do it the regular way a full batch looks like this
10 servings of mix at 160 calories each is 1,600 calories
3 eggs = 216 calories
1/2 cup vegetable oil = 960 calories

My way looks like this
10 servings of mix at 160 calories each is 1,600 calories
