The Italian Fashion designer, 66, looked nothing short of sensational in a racy PVC outfit as she graced the front cover of Vogue Italia's March issue.

On Monday the 31-year-old gushed about landing her first Vogue Italia front cover. And on Tuesday the fashion magazine released more fun snaps of the Russian model from the photoshoot.
