I wanted to see if I could make a taste safe sand with cornstarch 👌 and made this amazing sand that looks 👀 like sand and smells 👃 like the beach 🏖 🥥 My kids even said they prefer it to regular sand! 🙌

Note- while taste safe, we don’t recommend you allow kids actually eat it so as always, supervise during play.

Here’s what you need:
- 1 cup of cornstarch
- 1 cup of light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons of coconut oil 🥥 (melted before adding).

*if it’s not molding together nicely, add a bit more coconut oil in.

Note: To make this taste safe, bake the cornstarch in advance in the oven. Place the cornstarch on a baking tray and spread it out. Bake at 300 degrees Fun Ideas For Kids, Kindergarten Montessori, Moon Sand, Play Hacks, Invitation To Play, Baking Tray, Toddler Play, Busy Toddler, Toddler Fun
