I'm eager to get my garden in. The other day I planted peas, beets, and onions. It was muddy from the recent rain. As I tried to move away from the garden, I felt stuck. My garden shoe had sunk into the mud. Water was puddling around my feet. It was with real effort that I pulled my foot out of the mud. The shoe was filthy. As I went down by the river on my retreat I came across this cute footprint that somebody sneaky (or not so sneaky for the matter) had been sniffin' around the river's edge.
