Summary
Cierre Carmine had lived a wild life. He was a man who loved adventure and Science. After some strange happenstances in his mid thirties that involved Science, Demons, Murder, and some mild Time Travel, Cierre suddenly found himself in a universe that wasn't his own. That was fine. He could deal with it. He'd dealt with stranger and worse. So when he found himself befriending vigilantes, superheroes, and some rather questionable figures, Cierre figured that he could probably work this one out.
But what happens when he falls in love with a dark, traumatized, ex-brainwashed super soldier? Not a lot, probably.
But it will make work a bit more awkward.
