Soverign Citizens and Moorish Sovereign Citizen Court Fails

Summary:

Sovereign citizens believe they are not under the jurisdiction of the federal government and consider themselves
exempt from U.S. law. They use a variety of conspiracy theories and falsehoods to justify their beliefs and their
activities, some of which are illegal and violent.

==========

The Moorish sovereign citizen movement is a collection of independent organizations and individuals that
emerged in the early 1990s as an offshoot of the antigovernment sovereign citizens movement, adherents of
which believe that individual citizens hold sovereignty over, and are independent of, the authority of federal and
state governments.

==========
aka First Amendment Auditors (FRAUDitors to many) visit city, county, state, and government locations (including
locales designated as LIMITED TO NON-PUBLIC FORUMS (the entity--though ostensibly public self-determines
restricted areas--if any); FAA believe that 'freedom of the press' allow them to video, photograph, eavesdrop, and
'question' whomever they please (what they refer to as TRANSPARENCY ).

Chapter 1: All Rise: Moors and SovCits

Summary:

Members of the Moorish sovereigns, called Moors, have clashed with federal and state authorities over their
refusal to obey laws and government regulations. Recently, Moorish sovereign citizens have engaged in violent
confrontations with law enforcement. They have also been known to retaliate against government authorities
through financial means – a process called “paper terrorism.” Moorish sovereigns espouse an interpretation of
sovereign doctrine that African Americans constitute an elite class within American society with special rights
and privileges that convey to them a sovereign immunity, placing them beyond federal and state authority.

That night at dinner Lola, her husband Robin Taylor, Emily, and her boyfriend Luke Watkins talk about the day's events in court,
specifically the Sovereign Citizens and their Moorish Sovereign counterparts. "I thought these assholes were only in the SOUTH; I've
never heard of them in LA--before TODAY," Emily said.

Robin answered, "FBI's got their eyes on them; and they ARE making their way to California, Em."

Lola put in "I had TWO today--they started their bullshit 'spiel', I sent them straight to County for contempt."

"Good job, Judge!" said Luke.

'LOLA," she corrected.
