Before Team CLF was Team “CLF,” it was actually Squad DLC (‘twas a joke). They appeared in the prologue of Facility and were meant to display the horrors of the facility under the control of the worker Abraham. D was the stoic leader, L was the more rebellious one, and C was the social psycho. When writing the first draft of the first chapter I decided to use the US Military alphabet for their new names, leading F (Foxtrot) to replace D (Delta). I then shifted the roles so now C was the stoic leader, F was the more rebellious one, and L was the social psycho

The first rendition of team CLF in the prototype “Franken-Drones”

They were scrapped for being “too cute”

A massive turning point in direction was around the time “Bendy and the Dark Revival” was released as seen with the current iteration of Frankenstein-Drones, except only Foxtrot exists as Lima was scrapped.

I then decided that maybe I should make my OCs as normal disassembly drones. They didn’t change much from their first designs, but I only really saved L and F because of how they changed “the most” at the time.

L got her hat! (An in-joke with friends is that she stole it from a dead Serial Designation D or Serial Designation Y in my D&D campaign)

next iteration was… Interesting. This was when I started on Ao3 and wanted to use them in more works. We got the iconic F design, but I was having trouble with L snd C.

C being a pirate was more of a joke with friends, referring to them as the “Pirating Non-binary Parent”

We finally came to our most recent designs which are the final designs. (See Chapter 2 of this work)

I was going to draw Mecholand's Bloody Trio (B, C, and T) and then post, but I've been busy with stuff and doing an art challenge. In the meantime, here are some random doodles I drew a while ago!

I dub them the "Golden Retriever Duo" because one will be the Goodest Boy ever to exist, and the other will steal your shoes-

And our final Team CLF interaction with Ya Girl P, C can usually handle F and L's... eccentricities... But less so when it comes to other disassembly drones

I stopped that because of Squad X and Bloody Trio. Squad X is easier than saying Team XYZ (I say Scythe), and the Bloody Trio being C, B... Yeah Imma stop it there-

For those who care about art, here we have Bloody Trio T WIP!

I think I made it clear that Mechonland has been a huge inspiration and the main reason I started posting on Ao3. Bloody Trio has also been an inspiration for my work of "Facility" and here is where I acknowledge that. Mostly how similar Bloody Trio T and Lindy Hop/Facility L (my L) were originally very similar and even still have a similar design. There were many aspects I actually did scrap because I felt they were very similar to other writers' disassembly drones.

Some examples include:

-C and L having accents. F is the only one who kept their accent (Australian), but C was going to have a slight British accent and L was going to be Irish but would put on a fake American similar to F. I scrapped this mostly because it made F feel unique but also Twinverse L had a British accent.

-C having one eye. I've shown it in concept art of C with the pirate aesthetic, but that was before I read Squad X which Kingcrustnip gave X one eye.

-F being ungodly short for a disassembly drone. Don't get me wrong, he's still the shortest male disassembly drone in my world, but not P short.

-T being a main part of Team CLF lore. Although I recently decided to bring T back in some works for personal reasons, they were actually a scrapped idea because Bloody Trio already had a C and T.

Also, have some Team CLF information:

Serial Designation C is the leader, being the most intelligent, responsible, and competent on the squad. If they weren't a machine built to serve, then they would most likely rebel against the company. Despite showing little to no emotion, they still have some emotional awareness and can (somewhat) comfort their squadmates, prioritizing them over company directives at times. They specialize in mid to close-range combat and are surprisingly good at sword-fighting despite their mismatched legs.

Serial Designation L is a peppy and carefree disassembler who is always up for excitement and entertainment, usually by annoying F or tormenting worker drones. She will also steal whatever isn't bolted to the floor, and if it is, she'll find a way. She specializes in demolitions, specifically explosives, and acts aloof in most situations, being the most social and vocal member of the squad.

Serial Designation F is the opposite of L. He is overly cautious, very cynical, and pretty much hates everything. The few things that do bring him joy are when everything is perfectly organized and displayed, but his severe OCD makes it difficult for anything to be perfect. C and L don't really mind F's silent judgment of every little thing, but C keeps him in check when questioning the company. He specializes in close-quarters combat and is very nimble.

Why am I posting so much info on my OCs? Because I like sharing, so deal with it. If any of y'all want to know more about them or even want to see more oneshots with them (Check out Murder Drones Team CLF Shenanigans: "Siblings?" and N's First Interaction with Team CLF (Murder Drones Oneshot) ), comment below! I keep making lore for them but am probably never going to post. I like writing them interacting with other drones as L and F are very good at making enemies-

I love C's design. I might touch up the dress a little and change the expression, but she looks fabulous.

Now I need to draw Bloody C and Bloody B having an argument as Twinverse P, Team CLF L, and Bloody T all hide in a bush screaming at them to kiss already-

And here is the whole group! I tried to make it proportionally accurate but I drew B too small and he is a beefy boy.

Also, I am never going to let people hear the end of this, but after I read T's description in the Twinverse, I scavenged my closet and found my old flat cap. It still fits after six years, and I can confirm it looks a bit strange with a leather jacket. I have mentioned Twinverse T's design several times because I used to wear a leather jacket with a flat cap and a faux hawk haircut with long sides and I seem to be the only one who finds it hilarious.

I changed the official heights as it was originally under the basis that N is 5'0 and J and V are 4'7, but N is closer to 5'1 (5'3 with hat) and V is most likely 4'11 as she is slightly shorter than him. Uzi is canonically either 4'2 (Behind the Scenes) or 4'5 (Barbie Meme). Glitch, please just give us the official heights-

Kingcrustnip gave me a really fun idea for a Team CLF shenanigans fic so I've been writing that so in the meantime have CLF F and Twinverse P's second meeting after the height change.

Bloody Trio T is actually shorter than them in this case since F is 4'7 and T is 4'4.

Team CLF gets to meet their world's version of Ya Girl P, and as of tradition, L gives her the standard greeting (of stealing from her). But when P gets some revenge and returns the favor... It has some strange consequences...

I honestly like L's CLD Squad Outfit. The extremely militaristic look heavily contrasts with her energy and personality and displays her role on the team: Piloting and Demolitions. However, the dress still fits her and the beret has become a stable of her character.

Tis spoopy month and I've been a busy boy with some stuff regarding my personal life (good stuff) but here is some art in preparation for Halloween! I'm going to see the Fnaf movie so I'm excited for that and I have a Halloween Special for Big Brother T which although not very Halloweeny, it will be accompanied by art!

I'm sadly not going to do Holiday Specials for CLF Shenanigans, Leaving a Life of Cyn, or the Musical Oneshots, only Big Brother T, but that doesn't mean Team CLF can't dress up for the occasion! They're all going to be Mortal Kombat characters with C as Kenshi, F as Reptile, and L as-

But a sneak peak of the art for Big Brother T: T, W, and N are all dressing up as characters from one of my favorite Animes (because I'm a basic boy), SPY X FAMILY!

Something I find charming about drawing N from Big Brother T is that I start with the curls at the front because he wears a hat, but due to him growing his hair in the universe to look like M, he slowly looks less like N the more I draw him.

I checked the description of her from “Old solutions to new problems” where it said she had a Wavy Lob, Dark Grey Turtleneck, and Blazer.

however, I guess my brain was fried when I read it because in my notes I for reference I wrote “wavy bob haircut” and “black jumper” which is how I got this design and I love it and I am going to claim it for a future OC

Now for some fun drawing of Team CLD, specifically L and D!

Before CLF became CLF, it was once CLD. D later got promoted and became the leader of DTR.

D used to have a Naval Infantry Uniform and long hair he wore in a short, messy ponytail. When he got promoted, L stole got him some fancy new clothes and gave him her old pilot's cap.

L: Oh my Jenson! It’s a little D!

D: It’s been so long since I’ve wore- *pauses, turns to L*

L: What?

D: You know what you did.

L: Hehe, yeah.

Fun Fact about CLFverse D: D made R's mask after R got the scar during an encounter with an abnormal worker.

L used to wear actual military clothes! She had the Disassembly Drone pilot hat, a very furry coat, and a combat vest where she kept some explosives and stolen items. She gave her hat to D when he got promoted, and later stole Y's hat before the incident. Then she got her first-ever gift, her iconic dress.

D: And there is young you-

L: EWWWWWW.

D: What’s wrong with it?

L: It’s so… Professional. Ugh...

D: You looked very nice in it though.

L: I’m flattered, but I only see us being friends.

D: -_-

F: L, no bloke right in the head would date ya-

L: You don’t know that! I'm a very charming lady!

F: Ya steal, cheat, and lie like ya breathe.

D: You also make it your goal to make an enemy of anyone near you.

Fun Fact about CLFverse L: L is kinda envious of N's happy-go-lucky nature, which is one of the reasons she mimics him.

I am drawing some art for my lovely supporters who have been inspirations for me and who I believe best deserve such an honor of the art I shall bestow upon them.

I might make this book rated "Mature" for what I am doing.

Because oh wow.

What am I doing? Why am I doing this? What has led me to this moment?

I want to show y'all the WIP, but that'll spoil it.

It's not that inappropriate, but I'm exploring a boundary I rarely go near and I am scared of my capabilities as an artist.

So I come to ask The_Twins_On_The_Internet, Tutchando, and Kingcrustnip: On a scale of 1 to 10, how all out can I go with your characters? 10 may be intimidating and perhaps traumatizing for some, but it'll be hilarious. A part of me wants to do 10, but I want to check everyone's boundaries with what's okay without spoiling the surprise.

I am confident at least one of y'all would get a kick out of it, most likely D from the Twins or Nicky_The_JxN_Enthusiast.

Because... This is making me question myself.

I look at my open art book and go: "Oh wow. Ohhh wow."

Here are some old L and F prom uniforms before their personalities became well-defined.

L would wear a suit-dress hybrid like Luz did in Owl House, but I feel like that would fit C more.

And F living out my masculine fantasies of wearing a flowy dress where I can twirl around freely.

But now... We come to the updated ones!

Look at the drastic change in quality- The first one was from 9 months ago-

Anyway, L's outfit mostly remained the same. Her expression is a bit more flirty as she is ready to ask her world's version of P for a dance.

And F is still in a flowy dress but not as confident as before. He still looks fabulous though and I'm sure his date will think that too.

I post a lot when anxious and I'm anxious to get the Christmas stuff posted because I finished my Secret Santa art early and I have a chapter for Big Bro T but gonna post it on Sunday so it matches the calendar for weekly uploads until Christmas. Just lots of fun stuff-

I know this site isn’t the place to go spouting my nonsense but I’ve been busy. I post a lot when there are things on my mind and I have many things on my mind. I’m going to be very busy, so I might not be able to fully finish and color the sus Christmas presents on time. I do have the wholesome stuff ready which will be posted on Christmas Eve, but I’ll be working in my free time. I’ve been busy and I have free time because I’m unable to do stuff currently because of external reasons so I have to wait.

Gifts for Kingcrustnip and Mechonland are ready for Christmas Eve. The Christmas Special for Big Bro T has been ready since last week.

I might be able to finish the sus group art for The_Twins_on_the_Internet, Kingcrustnip and Tutchando, and if not then I won’t color and outline it.

I have not draw my special gift for Nicky, but I feel like I can make up for it with a specific short story I’m saving for Valentines because it has a certain type of writing that I have not indulged in since I was younger, cringier, and made stupider choices.

Aka “sin,” to put it lightly since my pride refuses to address it formally.

And sadly no L and F in skimpy Christmas clothing this year.

I always liked the smoking gas mask aesthetic, made him unique.

Speaking of CLF, here is some concept art of C and their modern look.

Their skirt was going to be more visible, but I decided to make the coat longer for that more pirate feel.

I completely forgot I made this little one-

I don’t know what to do with them considering I have an idea for Serial Designation I in CLF Shenanigans. I could use their design for another character in the future, I suppose.

DTR!T is a fun character that I don't utilize enough.

I did have the thought "I could just use Cyn and N instead of T and C," but I already did 6 frames and I'm lazy. Also the absolute solver is using Cyn to communicate while I wanted to use a drone who is still under the influence of the Solver but is not directly controlled by it.

Also, because why not, Human F:

While Elinda (HumanCLF!L) is a natural redhead who bleaches her hair, Fox (the name I given him) is naturally blonde. They are not biologically related.

Sooooooo...

I've been gone for a month-

I know I don't got a lot of fans who care but uhhhh I've been busy.

First, that was a finale! Really great, I have my personal gripes but overall it was a good series finale. RIP Envy, my beloved. If it wasn't obvious I'm an Envy fan, I'm not keen on Nuzi for whatever reasons, preferences I guess. But I was happy to see it with my friends, sadly not in person because of me seg-waying to where I've been-

I'm officially in University! I haven't been writing because I've been doing college work and drawing and having a life. I'm hopefully going to get out a chapter of CLF Shenanigans soon, followed by CLD Shenanigans, Facility, Leaving a Life of CYN and Big Bro T. I'm doing fine physically and mentally so it's all good. A bit bummed out that MD is over but the fandom will continue! I will say I might actually stop writing MD fics when I get it all over. I still love the series and love writing for y'all, but I got other things going on. Maybe we'll see a sequel for Big Bro T because I have SO MANY ideas for it, maybe one for CLF. HOWEVER! Fret not for I have some plans for stuff in the future! Here's some that I'll share but nothing is set in stone!

Before I show off all the beautiful art of my CLFverse characters, I have some updates.

Update 1: I am SO CLOSE to finishing the Murder Drones card game, all I have left is to make some bosses, finish the Story Mode, and update some art. It'll be fun and because there's not really an extensive cast in Murder Drones to make many cards for, I decided it'll be fun if you all who want to play want to see your characters or characters from other Ao3 creators in the card game (with their permission of course).

Update 2: We are getting ever so closer to my D&D YouTube series based on Murder Drones and the CLFverse. I have two ideas with one following this world's XWZ and their fate before the pilot and the other one following an assortment of drone living their lives in the manor as the days pass by and a certain gala grows closer, along with strange events which our players must unravel if they wish to survive. I don't know when this will be due to my schedule and my friends' schedules, but I hope to have it done.

Update 3: Not really an Ao3 or me update, but an update regarding a certain character- Z's character belongs to my ex, and while we still are friends and he allowed me decide what to do with Z, it feels awkward to have Z and F be shipped so that ship will unfortunately be sunk. They're still going to be close but the romantic tension between them will be more platonic in later works involving the two.
