“It’s Mankai dorm cleaning day! Now everyone, hold your broom, mop, duster, cloth or whatever is available for cleaning! Start from cleaning each of your room, I will personally come to check it! After that then we can move on to clean other places!” Izumi clapped her hand to gain everyone’s attention.
The boys shared a glance at each other and noticed that some people are missing.
“I think there’s some of us that’s missing” Yuki crossed his arms.
“About that… Omi, Juza, Tasuku, and Guy promised to go on a trip after Azami learned how to ride a motorbike and coincidentally today is the only day where they are all free to do so after days of holding it off. Also, they made it a 5-couples date while at it and hence, Taichi, Banri, Tsumugi, Citron, and Kumon went along with them as well.”
‘THEY DEFINITELY DELIBERATELY WAITED TILL THIS DAY!!’ All of them thought at the same time but dare not express it.
“So they don’t have to clean?” Kazunari asked.
“They won’t have to clean the other rooms but I’m sure the rest of us can do it without them! Of course they are still required to clean their own room when they get back, their other roommates that’s here can also help them to clean the room. Will that be fine, Azuma, Sakuya, Misumi, and Sakyo?”
“Yeah, no” Sakyo replied because he knows that the other people wouldn’t mind doing so, “I will chase them back here. Let’s go, Sakoda!”
“Aaaand he’s gone…” Itaru said helplessly.
“Is no one going to say anything about the whole Autumn troupe went ditching?” Tsuzuru questioned.
“I… It’s no problem! We can still make a do with our current number!” Izumi said enthusiastically.
“My, my, it seems that Sakyo went away so quickly that he rode the excavator instead of a car. I’ll take the car and give him a ride before he got caught by the authorities.” Azuma offered.
“W-We can still do it! …Where are the others?” Izumi looked back and saw that more people are missing.
“Misumi parkour-ed out carrying Kazunari with him, ‘Racing with them’ -they said” Tsuzuru sighed.
“In case you didn’t notice, Homare and Hisoka sneaked out together with Azuma” Itaru said.
“That Hack also left with them saying he wanted to see the others on a motorbike for reference for his next movie.” Yuki continued.
“The whole Winter troupe is gone now too. Izumi, as much as I love you, I’m sleepy, I’m going to sleep.” Masumi yawned as he went back to his room. (Not before giving Izumi a loving gaze)
“Director!! This is really important! Out of a sudden, I have a burst of inspiration for a show! I must write it down now or I will forget it and I mean, NOW!!!” Tsuzuru shook Izumi’s shoulder hard and after getting a vague affirmation from Izumi, he ran back to his shared room with Masumi and locked the door.
“I need to fix some costumes of our previous show and prepare for the upcoming show too, so I’m going back to my room. Also, I need Wonderboy’s help with his knowledge from his shoujo manga to help me for the upcoming show’s costume, so I’m bringing him along as well. Please do not disturb us until we’re finished.” Yuki left no room for reply and quickly dragged Muku to his room, locking the door.
Izumi is flabbergasted by them leaving one by one, “W-What… Who is left? There should still be Sakuya, Itaru, and Chikage right?”
“Uhm… Chikage just took Itaru away with the same reason as Azuma’s and Kazunari’s excuses combined.” Sakuya is in an awkward position being the only one left.
“Don’t worry, I’m also here! Yukio used to praise me for my cleaning!” Matsukawa said proudly.
“I was told by Yuzo that you were the only one cleaning back then, so there was no one to compare to. Also! How long will it take for us to clean the room!? There’s only you, Sakuya, and me!”
“-And Kamekichi”
“-And Kamekichi! 3 people and a bird! To clean a whole dorm complete with living room, practice room, kitchen and all! I will not let them go!” Izumi screamed to the sky.
Everyone got back late at night after making sure that Izumi has gone to bed. They tip-toed in, being careful to not make any noise as they entered their respective room. Until they’re inside and locked the door that they feel safe.
The next day, Izumi wake them all up and have them gathered in the living rooms with cleaning equipments prepared for each of them.
“Now, now, no more excuses for going out or fetching others, or racing others, working on next show, or even no excuse for fatigue after being out the whole day yesterday and returned late at night. All doors and windows have been locked from the outside and are guarded by Sakuya, Matsukawa, and Kamekichi, not even Hisoka’s ninja trick, Misumi’s parkour, or whatever Chikage can do can escape it. Now, pick up your cleaning tools and start cleaning.” Izumi flashed a bright smile at them.
