Physique: Due to the various experiments done on the subject, growth was stunted and now grows much slower. Has the physical appearance of a 10-12 year old boy.
Other Features: Freckles covering subjects body, thin whiskers on cheeks, large cat ears on to of the head (same color as hair), missing human ears (due to quirk: Cat), pale, white, fair skin, missing left pinkie finger (due to a failed experiment), mute (selectively?), uses sign to communicate if needed but more often than not will just nod or shake head, due to experimentation, battles, and earlier learning experiences, the body is covered in scars
Quirks Given:
Alpha Stigma (Eyes of Destruction): By making eye contact with another living being, the user can identify the others' name(s), quirk(s), strengths/weaknesses, threat level towards the user, as well as basic intentions towards the user; ex. If they intend to do any harm or their most prominent emotion. Can analyze and copy any quirk while in use, as well as set invisible traps (ex. small bombs, tripwires) or seal any object (ex. box, book)
-Strengths: Extremely beneficial for gathering information and/or interrogation. Extremely powerful if used correctly and strategically.
-Weaknesses: Can only gather information that is consciously known by the victim. If the user's eyes are forcibly closed by another person or object for more than 5 seconds, the active or harmful aspects of the quirk are shut off and the user will lose consciousness for an average of about 10-30 minutes.
Hypnosis: Activated by skin-to-skin contact. The user can put the victim into a hypnotized-like state and can essentially control their body movements. Can, to a degree, have the victim answer any and all questions asked so long as it doesn't require much brain power or thought. Can permanently change a person's subconscious, until or unless changed back by user. Can comfortably work on up to 15 people at a time with a 15 minute duration to each person.
-Strengths: Useful for infiltrating as victims won’t know they were hypnotized afterwards. Can comfortably control 15 people at a time but if strained can control up to 30.
-Weaknesses: Takes 5 minutes before the same person can be hypnotized again, leaves victims feeling slightly drowsy and confused after use. Controlling any more than 15 people at a time decreases the time the victims will stay hypnotized. The user will also experience severe migraines and may possibly get a bloody nose.
Noah’s Ark: Can summon a door to Noah’s Ark, which contains a city of doors that can open to anywhere in the world. If a visitor leaves the gatekeepers side without their knowledge or consent, the gate will view them as an unwanted intruder and will try to eject them. If successful, the visitor will be thrown to an unknown location in the world. Not even the gatekeeper will know where the visitor was sent. Ark City is a white marble city of doors beyond the gate. Has been confirmed that when in the city, there seems to be a soft piano playing the same song at all times. Reasons for this are still unknown. Additionally, there are two different gates that can be summoned. The true appearance of the structure is extremely large, standing at about 20 feet (~ 6 meters). The true appearance is not only larger, but has a greater ability. When using the true gate, the gatekeeper doesn't need to pass through first in order for others to follow. It can also lead straight to the desired destination, so there is no need to go through the Ark City. The size of the true gate may also be altered to accommodate a larger group or object traveling through. The smaller version of the true gate is only the door itself. In order to use the door, the gatekeeper must be present at all times, as you will have to travel through Ark City. The size of the door alone cannot be changed. Ark City does not exist in this world so it can also be used as a temporary safe haven. However, when in Ark City, no one except the gatekeeper may use their quirk unless complete trust is shared between the target and the user.
-Strengths: Convenient and fast traveling. No one can get in, stay, or use a door without the gatekeeper's knowledge and consent. Objects can stay as a storage or safe keeping so long as the gatekeeper is aware.
-Weaknesses: Only the gatekeeper can travel through Ark City with ease as the city is constantly rearranging itself. The gate is very large and noticeable (especially the true appearance), so it can not be used during stealth missions.
Undying: Any and all wounds that contributed or caused the user's death will heal. This also speeds up the normal healing process to all wounds by 10 times. True extent of what kind of wounds can be healed while user is "dead" is still unknown. This quirk can be applied to someone else so long as the target is in a near death state or has been dead for no longer than five minutes. In order to do this however, skin-to-skin contact must be maintained throughout the entire process, and the target must be someone the user is incredibly close with and complete trust is shared between the two parties.
-Strengths: This makes the user virtually unkillable.
-Weaknesses: Depending on the severity of the wound, it may take a few hours to a few weeks to completely heal. While “dead” the user goes into a coma-like state and will not be aware of their surroundings or of the passing of time.
Cat: Allows the user all the benefits of a cat's eyes. Such as quick change in pupil size and shape. A wider field of view (about 200 degrees, compared with humans' 180-degree view). Extra rod cells to allow better sense motion in the dark. Gives user “cat ears” instead of human ears. Can hear much higher-pitched sounds when compared to humans (1.6 octaves higher). Ears swivel in order to hear sounds better.
-Strengths: Useful for night missions, infiltration, or when underground. Exceptional at keeping up with quick opponents. Better at hearing and picking up exact locations of targets.
-Weaknesses: Cannot see in total darkness. Is sensitive to the quick change from being in the dark to being in the light. Is unable to see as many colors as the normal human counterpart. Has farsighted vision.
Glancing up from the file, the doctor gave their newest noumu a once over. In a dark corner of the lab stood subject No. 0111 dressed in a simple black turtleneck sweater, black dress pants, and shoes the same shade of red as the subject's dead eyes. It stood at ease but with its head tilted towards the floor so as to not make eye contact. The standard position taught to all successful noumu for when awaiting orders or when on standby.
“Johnny,” at the mention of his name, the small noumu on the doctor's lap looked up in question only to see the doctor still looking at the new noumu with a crazed yet impressed look in his eyes and a maniacal smile on on his face, “go tell Kurogiri that Shigaraki’s present from Sensei is ready and waiting.” Giving a small squawk of confirmation, the small noumu awkwardly hopped off the doctor's lap.
As he passed the boy-like creature in the corner, he hesitated for just a second. The new noumu hadn't moved at all the whole time it’s been in that corner, and yet the smaller noumu felt like its dead eyes were watching his every move. Even when on standby, the creature was aware and waiting, ready to strike and kill if given the order.
Averting his eyes, Johnny looked forward and hopped to the door of the lab, more than eager to get away from the dangerous newcomer.
