Hi everyone,

23 days into 2019, I have decided to do what I have been contemplating for a very long time, and am releasing the Winter Song podfic into the wild.

I wish to thank every single one of you who commented, bookmarked, kudo-ed, and listened to this work. Your feedback honestly means the world to me, and I'm sorry I was unable to meet your expectations.

Winter Song came at a wonderful time in my fandom life, and when I began the project I had a lot of enthusiasm for it. Since then however, the project has lost the spark of joy I once had for it. A large part of my abysmal podfic output in 2018 was in part, due to this project and my feelings towards it. If I don't let it go, the build up of guilt in the back of my mind will never let me work on new projects.

So. I want to express my gratitude to you, the listeners, for coming along with me on this WIP journey and I hope you had a good time with what I was able to produce. I want to thank proantagonist for generously granting permission and writing a beautiful story that really hyped my feels during the time Yuri On Ice was running. I release this project in hopes that someone will come along and wish to continue it. If you do, please don't hesitate to contact me here, or on twitter, so I can transfer ownership and chapter graphics over to you, if you would like them.

Thanks guys, hopefully I'll see you with another project soon.
