Chapter Text

Classes went by slow for Himiko. Mr. Todoroki had done the best he could to prepare her for school, but his lessons were completely different from the teachers here at UA. Very quickly Himiko realized she had no idea what any of the teachers were talking about, so she just zoned out. She would figure it out later, besides there was something that preoccupied Himiko’s attention besides the rambling of the teachers. It was all the looks her classmates were giving her. Himiko was trying to play it cool, but she was very excited. Everyone in class couldn’t keep their eyes off of her.

‘Eeeeeeee! They must all want to be friends!’ Himiko excitedly thought, anticipating break time so she could get to know her new classmates better. Himiko spent most of the first and second periods reciting the names of her classmates in her head, she would be so embarrassed if she got someone's name wrong or confused them with someone else.

“Sato has the juicy lips and Shoji has the ninja mask…” Himiko muttered to herself during the second period.

“E-Excuse me?” Sato awkwardly asked from the seat to her right. Himiko looked over at him confused, had she been talking out loud? She realized he must be nervous talking to such a cute girl as herself, so she gave him a big smile.

“Satoo! I was just saying that you have big, delicious lips. They look sweet .” Himiko gave him her most warm smile, but he seemed to still be nervous--- no it was fear?

“Aww, don’t be afraid Sato hun. I'll let you in on a secret, I’m nervous too.” She leaned over the right side of her desk and put her hand on his, giving another smile, this time with a head tilt. Being cute was her specialty. Sato pulled his hand away and turned his body to the right, hiding his face from her.

‘Some people are just shy I guess,’ Himiko shrugged it off. Himiko looked back to the front of the classroom, maybe she would pay attention like a good student would. That's when she noticed a loose feather on the back of Tokoyami’s head.

‘Can’t let his pretty plumage be a mess,’ she thought to herself as she reached out for the rambunctious feather. When she plucked its Tokoyami let out a startled squawk. He looked back at her, his embarrassment showed red on his beak, as to confront her. Himiko playfully twirled the feather around in her fingers.

“Fixed your feathers for you To-Yami,” Himiko whispered with a grin, proud of the nickname she thought up. She hoped he would like it, but he turned back around before saying anything. She went to get his attention, using the plucked feather, but a dark being popped up in the space between their desks.

“Back off bitch,” the dark shadow spat at her and positioned itself defensively. Himiko backed off, putting space between her and the shadow bird thing, disappointed that she wasn’t doing well with her classmates. Himiko placed the feather on the bridge of her nose and then blew it upwards. The jet black feather flew into the air and spiraled back down, but unfortunately, it didn't come straight down, it descended forward and to the left. She reached out to try and catch the feather, but it fell out of her reach. She almost fell from her seat, but she was able to brace herself without making much noise. Hopefully, nobody noticed her blunder and Himiko looked around to make sure. No one was looking at her, except… Izuku! Himiko sat up in her seat, blushing.

‘He’s looking right at me, EEEEEEEEEEEEEE!’ she was all too excited, but also nervous. Hiding her face behind her arms, she took her textbook and stood it up, dropping her head to the desk to hide her face. Excited, she peered over the top of the book to look at Izuku. He was still looking, so she ducked again, ecstatic.

‘The look he’s giving me!’ Himiko wiggled in her seat, her face was red from embarrassment. Her crush was looking at her, HER! She couldn’t remember the last time she was this excited.

‘That look!’ she wondered. ‘How to describe it? Disdain!’ Himiko shuddered at the thought as she felt her excitement gathering between her legs---

~ DING DONG DING! ~

The bell sounded the end of the second period. Himiko was still coming down from her high as her classmates began to talk to each other. She started to panic and flailing her hands, it was her chance to talk to Izuku! She was nervous, but she had to talk to him, her window of opportunity was dwindling.

‘But what would she say? Maybe compliment him on his eyes? His hair? Tell him he has a nice body? Or a nice face? It would be better bloodied up though. Maybe help him with that? Punch his face? Bruise it up? What to do?’

~ RINGGGGGGGG!!!!!!! ~

‘NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!’ she screamed internally. She was still sitting in her seat as the bell rang, so she buried her face in her arms, pouting.

“Ok class, settle down and back to your seats,” Aizawa approached the podium with Yaoyorozu following in his stead. Yaoyorozu stood in front of the class, her face was veiled in shame.

‘Wow. She’s gorgeous,’ Himiko hadn’t had the chance to really see Yaoyorozu in person, she had only seen pictures and her vision this morning had been affected by the head trauma and blood.

“Everyone,” Yaoyorozu’s face was apologetic. “I apologize for my behavior earlier, I let my emotions get the better of me and acted in a way that does not befit a hero or a lady of my standing. It’s just when I think of Sho--- Todoroki, I just get….” Her voice started to tremble as she turned her head and covered her mouth with her hand.

“Yao-momo it’ll be okay! We all love you!” Ashido stood at her desk to shout encouragement to her classmate. Others shouted out kind words to Yaoyorozu, turning her frown into a smile. The whole scene made Himiko feel all warm and fuzzy inside, she rose to speak out from the back of the classroom.

“Awww Yao-Momo! I forgive you! I’m sorry about---” Himiko was stopped cold by the suddenly scowling face of Yaoyorozu, the hate actually put Himiko on the defensive. She sat back down without another word.

‘Just trying to be supportive,’ Himiko sulked to herself as Yaoyorozu bowed to the class and started to make her way back to her seat, but not before Aizawa spoke up.

“No reason to return to your seat Yaoyorozu,” Aizawa scratched his head through his dark, thick hair. “We are doing combat practice today, so get into your gym uniforms and meet me in the Gamma Gymnasium. And Miss Toga.” Himiko sat at attention upon hearing her name.

“Yes teach?” This was the first anyone had spoken to her all day.

“We have prepared you a gym uniform and some other gear for combat training.” Aizawa pulled up a gym bag from the floor. Himiko nodded excitedly as the other students made their way to the lockers.

Himiko felt weird in pants, it had been a long time since she had not worn a skirt. She stood with her classmates, tugging at a pant leg when Aizawa started talking.

“Alright class, today we will be doing one on one combat training. This will be a test on how well you can combine your quirk with actual fighting skills.” The class started mumbling.

“And, yes, I’m aware that not everyone has fair quirk usage in this scenario. This can simulate those situations when you are fighting a villain at a disadvantage, for example, you are indoors and can use your quirk to its full advantage or if you are caught off guard without your costume or gear.” The murmurs turned to excitement whispers, but Himiko was indifferent. Mr. Todoroki had trained with her and not one of these students could compare to a hero like him.

“Miss Toga, please step forward,” Himiko stopped playing with her gym clothes, somehow surprised to hear her name. She walked to Aizawa’s side.

“Since Miss Toga here is the new student, let's have her participate in the first battle.” Himiko held her hands behind her head, she was not as hyped as the others about this.

“For your opponent,  please draw from---" Yaoyorozu cut off her teacher.

“Excuse me, teacher?” Yaoyorozu asked in a quiet but confident tone. “If it isn't too much trouble, could I volunteer to challenge Toga?” Himiko raised an eyebrow and perked up to the proposal.

‘This rich girl must want to take out some aggression on me,’ Himiko thought while looking toward Aizawa, waiting on his response. He shook his head but shrugged.

“That works for me. Ok girls, center stage.” Himiko and Yaoyorozu squared off in the middle of the fight area. “Toga, I'm sure you found the support gear in the gym bag?” Aizawa asked and Himiko produced the knife from the small of her back.

“A knife?!” a voice rose from the crowd, Himiko wasn't familiar enough with her classmates to recognize who had spoken yet.

“It's not a normal knife,” Aizawa explained. “It was created by our support department, here let me read the notes.” He produced and unfolded a piece of paper from his pocket.

“Baby #0724: The Not Knife:

This weapon is designed to be nonlethal, ideal for use by heroes. The blade itself is made of a special material that uses electric signaling to stimulate the nerves of the target, which in terms makes it feel like a real knife. So a cut feels like a cut, a stab a stab.”

Aizawa folded the paper again and returned it to his pocket. Himiko looked at the “Not knife” with some disappointment.

‘Well at least it's as heavy as a real knife and it's a pretty pink color,’ Himiko thought as she tossed the knife into the air and caught it.

“The goal of today's exercise is to either have your opponent surrender or to incapacitate the other person. Which means no killing blows.” Aizawa looked directly at Himiko, who didn't know if she should be offended or flattered.

“You can begin.” Aizawa stepped back, but never took his eyes off the combatants. Himiko stretched her body, first leaning backward and then forwards, to do a toe touch. She palmed a fair-sized stone when she bent over but didn't take her eyes off of Yaoyorozu, who was producing a metal staff out of her hand.

‘This will be easy,’ Himiko thought to herself. ‘This uppity bitch isn't very capable in a fight.’ She rose and called out to her opponent.

“Now, don't be upset when I beat you Yao-momo,” Himiko jested. but her tone spoke the truth.

“Don't assume you can speak to me so casually you cur,” Yaoyorozu wasn't holding back her animosity.  “Come and try to take me down if you can, villain.” That word cut Himiko the deepest. She was trying to be a hero and leave her villainous ways behind her. Didn't they all realize that?

Himiko charged Yaoyorozu, knife in her right hand, stone still hidden in her left. She went for a large slash, coming low and upwards at Yaoyorozu. Himiko hoped Yaoyorozu would take the bait and she did. Yaoyorozu put her staff out vertically on her left side to block the slash, which left her looking slightly downwards and to her left, but most importantly open. Yaoyorozu’s face was surprised at how light the slash was as Himiko pivoted to gain momentum, swinging the stone down in a heavy motion. She struck Yaoyorozu hard in the head, causing a gash to open up and start bleeding. The blood flowed down into Yaoyorozu’s eye, obscuring her vision.

“Ironic, isn't it?” were the last things Himiko said before holding her breath and moving into Yaoyorozu’s blind spot. Himiko held her breath and cleared her mind as she hid. Yaoyorozu who had been disoriented by the blow to the head regained her footing and looked around for Himiko.

‘Clear mind,’ Himiko thought to herself as she crept, undetectable to Yaoyorozu.

“Where do you go, you lowlife?” Yaoyorozu was flustered and paranoid, obviously unaware of Himiko sneaking behind her. Yaoyorozu looked around but had no luck.

“Fine, if you are going to hide I'll flush you out.” Yaoyorozu removed her sports jacket to reveal a black sports bra and a lot of skin. She started to activate her quirk and sparks flew off her skin as something began to materialize.

‘Now!’ Himiko seized the opportunity appearing almost out of thin air. Before Yaoyorozu could realize it, Himiko dashed towards her and slashed at the back of Yaoyorozu’s right knee with the knife, causing the tall girl to scream out in pain and drop to that knee. Himiko followed through with her dash, but stopped while still behind Yaoyorozu and delivered a spinning kick to the back of her head, causing her to fall face first on the ground. Himiko wasted no time on mounting the fallen girl, pinning Yaoyorozu’s arms by kneeling on them and grabbing her ponytail, pulling her head up and placing the “blade” of the knife at her throat.

“Give up, Yao-momo?” Himiko mocked from her superior position. Yaoyorozu spat out blood and chuckled.

“Do it. Once a villain always a villain.” The smug tone in Yaoyorozu’s voice infuriated Himiko and she didn't care anymore. She ran the knife across Yaoyorozu’s throat and the pinned girl screamed out in pain.

“Toga enough!” Aizawa’s command made Himiko leap to her feet, putting the blade back in the elastic of her gym pants and the put her hands up as the teacher approached the fallen girl.

“Yaoyorozu are you okay?” Aizawa asked as he lifted her to her feet. He shot a look at Himiko. “I said no killing blows.” Himiko was still heated from Yaoyorozu’s comment.

“But Teach I only did it cause----" Yaoyorozu cut her off.

“I'm fine teacher,” she stood on her own two feet, rubbing her neck. “Well, I'll never forget how that feels. Since that was a killing blow that doesn't count as my loss, right?” Yaoyorozu produced a washcloth from her hand and wiped the blood from her brow, tossing the bloodied rag behind her. Next, she produced a bandage to place over the gash, to keep further blood from spilling. The look in her eyes said ‘I won't fall for that again.’ Himiko was invested in showing her up again. They both looked to Aizawa eagerly. Who shrugged as he started to walk away.

“Fine, if you say you're ok to continue. And Toga, another killing blow means this session is over and we will have to discuss your actions.” The threat aggravated her more than it probably should have. Aizawa scaled a rockface and looked down at the girls.

“Start,” Aizawa called from his perch. Himiko approached head first again, but this time just with the knife.

“I'll slice you until you can't stand.” Himiko threatened and waited for a response, but all she got was a grin. The grin became covered as Yaoyorozu produced a gas mask over her face and Himiko closed the distance. Suddenly green smoke started spilling from Yaoyorozu’s body.

“Gas?!” the shocked Himiko had to jump back to avoid the gas, which seemed to be quickly following her. She heard the hum of a fan, which Yaoyorozu was using to push the gas.

‘Shit, if she keeps me at a distance she has the upper hand.’ Himiko bit her lip, she would need to figure out a way to close in. Her quirk was useless in this type of fight, there was no one else so changing to blend wouldn't work. Also, the only blood she had access to was Yaoyorozu’s, which was an even worse idea. Luckily thanks to the gas, Himiko could hide again and maybe sneak up close----

BAM!

The loud noise was followed by a cracking and rumbling from a nearby stone cliff, it was falling. Himiko peeped past her own rock formation to see a small cannon sitting next to Yaoyorozu, who was producing a new cannonball to load.

‘The fuck?! I can't have a real knife but she can make artillery?’ Himiko was livid.

‘Well, I guess I have to charge her now and if she makes gas again, I'll just have to remove her mask.’ Himiko hid her presence and moved closer to her opponent. When she was close enough, she tossed a rock at a different formation, causing Yaoyorozu to fire on that formation. Himiko took the chance and closed the gap. Yaoyorozu saw her started making the gas again,  so Himiko held her breath and slashed the strap of the glass mask. As the gas mask fell, Yaoyorozu panicked and jumped backward out of the gas while using a fan protruding from her chest to blow the gas in the opposite direction.

Once Himiko was clear of the gas, she took a big breath of fresh air in, which unfortunately gave Yaoyorozu the chance to steady herself.

“Come at me,” Yaoyorozu challenged.

“You're not going to let out that smelly stuff again are you?” Himiko flipped the knife and caught it in the other hand. “You know it's improper for a lady to fart---”

“Silence!” The joke had caused Yaoyorozu to slightly turn red.

“You know what? You're cute.” Himiko dashed, placing both hands on the hilt of the knife and went for a powerful stab. Yaoyorozu was ready though, she pivoted and grabbed both of Himiko’s wrists, maybe she learned this move from Uraraka? Unfortunately for Yaoyorozu, Himiko had done training too. Himiko was able to stop her momentum and leaned back hard, looking to pull free from Yaoyorozu’s weak grip. As she was about to break away, Himiko felt something clamp on to her wrists and Yaoyorozu let go of her. Himiko looked at her hands to see a new pair of thick handcuffs latched on her wrists.

“Fuck,” she said loud enough for everyone to hear, she held out her hands in front of her. The chain between the cuffs was a good length, it gave Himiko options.

“Yao-momo, you kinky girl,” Himiko licked her lips and glared at Yaoyorozu with murderous intent, which caused Yaoyorozu to take a step back and lose her footing on a stone. That's when Himiko struck, she flung the knife at Yaoyorozu, who was barely able to avoid it. Before Yaoyorozu could react Himiko swept her legs with a low kick. Yaoyorozu fell on her back and when she tried to rise, Himiko gave her a hard stomp to the gut. Yaoyorozu rolled over and vomited, Himiko struck Yaoyorozu on the head with the heavy cuffs causing her to fall flat on her stomach. Again the small girl mounted Yaoyorozu, but this time she gingerly placed the handcuff chain across her throat and pulled back hard. Yaoyorozu grasped at the chain desperately as she gasped for air.

“How does that feel?” the thrill Himiko was feeling was one she had not felt in months. “Cause it feels great for me!” Yaoyorozu’s face was turning blue as the chain dug into the soft flesh of her neck.

“Come on, just say you give up.” Himiko’s sadistic side was completely visible at this point, but she didn't care if the others saw, she was way to excited. Yaoyorozu tried to say something, but thanks to the chains it was all but impossible to make out.

“What was that?” Himiko loosened the chains a bit, so Yaoyorozu could speak. “Speak up.”

“This is for Shoto, you cunt, ” Yaoyorozu spat the words with the small amount of air she had gathered and reached her arms around behind her, locking her hands behind Himiko’s back.

“A hug?” Himiko cackled. “From a prickly bitch like you? Who would want that?” Himiko kept laughing she could almost feel Yaoyorozu’s prickliness.

“Maybe that wasn't the right word, maybe spiky?” she spoke as the feeling intensified in her abdomen.

“Spiky is definitely the right word, it almost feels real,” Himiko felt it and it hurt. She looked down to her stomach to see blood, there were small metal spikes protruding from Yaoyorozu’s back. She was creating spikes to attack Himiko.

Himiko tried to get off of the prone girl, but Yaoyorozu’s locked arms kept Himiko in place. She tried to flail about, but that only made her stab herself with the spikes, which Yaoyorozu was also now creating on her arms as well. Himiko pulled on the chain harder, if Yaoyorozu passed out she could get free, but with the spikes, it was hard to gain leverage without being stabbed. Her last resort was knocking out Yaoyorozu with the cuffs, but no matter how hard she hit, Yaoyorozu stayed conscious.

The stabbing pains in her abdomen grew as Yaoyorozu extended the spikes towards Himiko, who couldn't avoid getting penetrated by the protrusions at this point. It was too much and Himiko couldn't think of a way out.

“Fine, Fuck! I give up!” Himiko yelled as loud as she could, raising her arms up and removing the chain from Yaoyorozu’s throat. The spikes continued to extend.

“OUCH! I GIVE UP, SO STOP ALREADY!” Himiko could feel some spikes reaching deep inside her flesh at this point. She began to panic as it seemed Yaoyorozu was going to continue until she killed her.

“TEACH! HELP ME! SOMEONE PLEASE!” Himiko yelled out desperately, fearing for her life. None of her classmates made a move to help her, maybe they couldn't see what was happening, but a hero should come to someone's call for help shouldn't they? That's when the spikes stopped growing, Himiko felt some fall and heard them hit the stone ground. Aizawa was running towards them, his eyes were glowing red.

“Yaoyorozu! Release her!” The approaching voice yelled and the locked arms let go behind her. Himiko instantaneously leapt from Yaoyorozu’s back and continued on backward for a few feet, still hearing metal spikes dropping as she moved. Aizawa released his quirk and inspected the two girls, both of which were breathing heavily.  Yaoyorozu laid weakly on the ground, taking large gasps of air. The back of her head was bloody and raw from the bludgeoning Himiko had done with the handcuffs. Yaoyorozu’s back was bloody as well, but that was Himiko’s blood and not hers. The metal spikes had done nothing to harm Yaoyorozu’s pristine skin, which glistened red with blood. Himiko felt light-headed, but she wasn't sure if it was due to the sight of the bloodied and beaten Yaoyorozu or because of her own wounds. Himiko looked down at her stomach, her new gym clothes were filled with bloody holes, which blood was currently gushing from.

‘Awesome’ Himiko thought.

“Toga, are you alright?” Aizawa approached her after checking on Yaoyorozu, his eyes were filled with horror upon a closer inspection.

“Pssh, I’m fine Teach,” Himiko lied. but her raspy voice and the glob of blood she coughed up told the truth. Himiko wobbled, getting even more light headed, and almost fell before Aizawa caught her.

“IIDA! BRING TOGA TO RECOVERY GIRL!” Aizawa yelled as he took out a phone and started pressing the numbers with his free hand. Iida sped over and stopped in his tracks at the literal bloodbath in front of him, unsure if to approach.

“NOW IIDA!” Aizawa’s command spurred the young hero back to his senses. He came over and put one arm behind Himiko’s back and the other under her legs and lifted her like she weighed nothing.

“Oooh! Like a princess,” Himiko cooed weakly. Iida gave her a stern face.

“Quiet, you need to conserve your strength. Oh, and hold on tight,” Iida braced himself to run as Himiko wrapped her arms around his neck.

RECIPRIO BURST!” They took off like a rocket and Himiko held on tighter. She knew Iida was fast, but to experience it was a completely different thing. Iida went a great distance before slowing, his boost must have ended, and they reached the nurse's office in no time at all.

A small old lady was waiting outside when they arrived, Himiko assumed this was Recovery Girl.

“Hurry, put her on the bed!” Recovery Girl called out. “Aizawa called ahead. GENTLE!” Iida placed her gently on the bed and she saw his clothes were stained with her blood and how tired he was from rushing her over.

“Iida, thank you,” Himiko’s voice was weak. “I’m sorry I ruined your clothes…” Iida looked down at her, she was light headed and couldn’t really see his face at this point.

“I-I was just doing what Aizawa asked of me,” Iida was still catching his breath. “If this was the real deal, would I have done the same…” His voice trailed off indecisively at the question. Recovery Girl approached the bed.

“Iida, sweetie, if you can wait for a bit? I may need more assistance,” she drug a stool to the side of the bed and got on top.

“Of course, but I will need to report to teacher afterward.” Himiko barely heard Iida's response. Recovery Girl nodded and bent over a gave Himiko a big kiss.

“Now rest darling, it’ll help you heal,” a voice said to Himiko. The voice seemed familiar, one that she hadn’t heard in a long time. Himiko opened her eyes to see the silhouette of Mange looking down at her, Himiko recognized her sunglasses and muscular frame. Himiko suddenly felt comfortable and safe.

“Ok. I love you, Big Sis.” Himiko slipped out of consciousness, tears were streaming from her eyes.
