Summary
Hermione’s world has been turned upside down, Dumbledore is dead, Snape is headmaster, and Death Eaters now freely walk the halls of Hogwarts. Amidst the chaos, Harry and Ron have vanished into the night on a dangerous quest to destroy the remaining Horcrux’s that uphold Voldemort’s immortality. Now Hermione is forced to spend her 7th year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry without her two best friends, with nothing but a hastily scribbled note, a charmed journal, and a mission; find out if Theodore Nott is a Death Eater, by any means necessary. As Hermione delves deeper into her mission to uncover Theo’s true loyalties, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to the enigmatic Slytherin with a troubled past, and along the way starts to question everything she thought she knew about good and evil.

Which leads to the question, what on earth was she doing dancing on one of the tables in the Slytherin common room during one of the biggest parties of the year, locking eyes with the very handsome, very off limits Theodore Nott?"

"On my right was Sebastian, the fiery hot head that I was unadvisedly head over heels for. Our relationship felt like a free fall, there was no stopping it and neither of us had any idea where it would land us. We were all passion and violence when we are together. I was the gasoline, and Sebastian was the match.
On my left was Ominis, the blue-blooded aristocrat who lingered in the shadows. Calm and calculated, and keeping his motivations and secrets close to his chest, Ominis was just about as opposite of Sebastian as one could possibly be. On the surface Ominis was gentle and kind, but dive a little deeper and there was something unyielding about him, something dark and sinister that was most likely singular to those with the Gaunt surname. Ominis was an enigma, and I couldn't help but be intrigued.
And somehow I found myself stuck right in the middle of these two men, both literally and figuratively."
