    A Prequel to Journey of a Thousand Kisses. You don't need to have read Journey and Sojourn to start this story. It can stand alone on its own. But if you want to read the others and haven't yet, don't read this summary; it has spoilers!

    The Thousand Kisses Series tells the story of the ideal life Jamie and Claire crafted for themselves and their family using the knowledge and abilities unique to time travelers. But their life hasn't always been so perfect. This is a tale about how our young lovers met in a loop before that fateful ride to Lallybroch and how they fell in love in an entirely different way.     For the sake of readers new to this story: Frank died years ago in the war, and Jamie no longer has a price on his head (he returned from Paris after Colum and other family members advocated for the charges against him to be dropped).
