Yes, of course, sometimes someone gets hurt, and depending on the injury, the group will decide to continue or not. They are not, however, supposed to die. That is not part of the game and never has been.

People who knew him as a kid want him back, and yet so do the people who’ve come to know him as Kurogiri.
Now, Kurogiri must navigate the world of heroes and the labyrinth of his own mind in order to find his way back to the man he swore to protect, but in the end, he may just have to ask himself: who is he? Is he Kurogiri? Or Shirakumo Oboro?

Summary
Izuku doesn't know what he would do if his dreams suddenly died inside of him without even a goodbye. But he has to learn, since that is exactly what happened to him. Hell, and if he can't have what he wants, then he'll just have to settle for something that is close enough. His voices said that being a hero is overrated anyway.
Izuku is very sure on only two things: he ships EraserMic and SaiGenos with his life, and Shouto Todoroki is the most adorable boy that has ever existed.
