  Summary

  Sonic doesn't remember the last time he saw Shadow. Or, for that matter, much of anyone other than Eggman.

  Everyday was a dull blur for him, filled with pain, pain, and more pain. He was beginning to think that it wasn't gonna end any time soon.

  Shadow had never been a fan of the "Hero of Mobius." Sonic was nothing special, just another face in the crowd of people wanting to hit it big and be a big shot.

  So why did something in him shrivel up and die at the sight of that faker, standing in front of him now? Maybe it had been hope, maybe his last bits of happiness, or even admiration. Shadow didn't dare to think for even the slightest amount of time that it was love.

  Shadow didn't have time for this. Not for this sick creation.
